We are currently looking for Airport Operations Manager for our Singapore port.

Working closely with our third-party contractors and the wider Air New Zealand operational teams your role is to manage daily operational issues and mitigate against any impacts from a customer, operational or business perspective. With a passion and disciplined approach for continuous improvement, you will be driven and focused to identify and implement customer experience improvements, operational efficiencies, champion customer and operational excellence to ultimately meet and exceed performance standards and business targets. 


As an experienced leader, you will have an interest in managing operations within complex and challenging environments. Airline, airport, strong customer service and/or hospitality experience would be of great interest, but more importantly we would like to understand your scope of experience in customer centric environments where you have built and developed strong, engaged and high performing teams.

In previous roles you will have demonstrated your expertise in driving change through a strong collaborative approach, process development, standards implementation, coaching and mentoring with an orientation towards achieving performance targets. Experienced at working with strict regulatory and compliance requirements, you will be skilled at the analysis of data to identify trending issues and provide solutions that meet our complex business requirements.
